OUR MISSION: At SlipStitch, we believe art isn't just something you buy, it's something you experience. Our gallery amplifies artist stories through thoughtful curation and genuine community connection.

OUR INTENTION: For us, the question was never how to sell art. The real question was: how do we bring people back into the gallery—not just as customers, but as witnesses, participants, and co-creators?

SlipStitch was built on a belief that art isn't a product, it's purpose. Intention matters. Materials speak. And when craft and concept align, something authentic happens.

Every exhibition begins with why. Why this story? Why this medium? Why now? We don't show art just for art's sake—we show it because it sparks reflection, connection, and conversation that matter.

Each artist brings a question. We create the space where those questions unfold, and where people can find their own answers.

We're not dealers—we're partners. We're in it for the long game, building relationships with artists, our community, and those who see art as an investment in culture, emotion, and transformation.

We acknowledge that the city of Seattle and its green spaces are situated on the traditional Coast Salish territory, specifically the ancestral lands of the Duwamish, Suquamish, Stillaguamish, and Muckleshoot Peoples. We recognize the stewardship of Seattle’s green spaces by the Coast Salish people since time immemorial, the disruption of this work by colonization, and now endeavor to continue this work.
