All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital knitting and crochet patterns, tutorials, and software, is the property of SlipStitch Studio,. Inc or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

License for Digital Patterns: When you purchase a digital pattern from us, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

· Use the pattern for personal, non-commercial use.
· Make and sell finished items from the pattern at a limited scale (e.g., craft fairs, small online shops). Mass production is prohibited.
· You may NOT: Share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce the pattern file itself in any way, or claim the design as your own.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product description or pricing. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our primary products (PDF patterns), all digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot recall a digital file once it has been downloaded.

Any comments or materials you submit to us (e.g., reviews, photos) become our property. By submitting, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display them for any purpose.

Shipping Policy

· Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
· Shipping Methods & Rates: We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
