About SlipStitch
SlipStitch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit contemporary art organization and gallery in Georgetown, Seattle. We build an inclusive, accessible art ecosystem—creating opportunities for BIPOC and underrepresented artists through socially contextual exhibitions, education, and community-rooted partnerships.

Our work is shaped by a lifelong commitment to public service and community advocacy: the belief that access, dignity, and opportunity should be for all. We bring that same ethic to the gallery system—centering underrepresented artists, lowering barriers to participation, and building relationships that strengthen artists, neighbors, and local small businesses.
